Acceptable forms of ID include U.S. ID card, a state-issued driver’s license, Military ID, Tribal ID, or passport, as long as they have a DOB displayed. Medical guests will additionally be required to show a valid, Montana state-issued medical marijuana card. All forms of ID must be current and not expired.

Yes. An out-of-state ID, however, can only be used to purchase recreational cannabis. Out-of-state medical cards are not eligible to be used for Montana medical purchases.

We are only accepting cash payments at this time. Most locations have an ATM located in the store. Credit cards are not an accepted form of payment.

There are two types of taxes: state and local. State taxes for medical guests are set at 4% and recreational at 20%. Yellowstone County has also adopted a local-option tax rate at 3% for both medical and recreational. These county taxes are in addition to the state taxes.
